HAMPSHIRE HOLIDAYS GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hampshire Holidays is giving away three (3) x $500 Hampshire Holidays Gift Certificates to three lucky subscribers who join our email database between 25 January 2026 and 31 March 2026. All new subscribers during this period will automatically go into the draw to win one (1) $500 gift certificate.

Eligibility: The competition is only open to individuals who: 

are residents of Australia and are aged 18 years or older;
are not employees of Hampshire Holidays, or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this competition (Employee); 
are not a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an Employee; and 
have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and Conditions and
each entrant acknowledges that Hampshire Holidays can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if Hampshire Holidays only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter the competition after the prize has been awarded to the ineligible entrant.

Entry:

The competition commences at 12:00 am on 25 January 2026, and entries close at 11:59 pm on 31 March 2026.
To enter, eligible entrants must subscribe to the Hampshire Holidays newsletter via https://hampshireholidays.com.au/hampshire-holidays-voucher-giveaway and provide their first name, last name, phone number and email address.  
One (1) entry per eligible entrant is allowed during the competition period.

Submission Conditions:

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Hampshire Holidays is not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or lost entries. 
Hampshire Holidays accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries including entries not received by Hampshire Holidays, or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues. 
Entrants may only enter the competition once (by subscribing to the database)
Individuals who start completing the form but do not submit it, will not be eligible to go into the draw to win a prize.
Hampshire Holidays reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process.

Prize Details:

Prize: Three (3) x $500 Hampshire Holidays Gift Certificates issued electronically to the winner's nominated email address.
All 3 winners will be drawn on 2 April 2026
The total value of each gift voucher issued is $500.

Prize Conditions:

The decision of Hampshire Holidays is final, and no correspondence will be entered regarding the outcome.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
Winners MUST be an active subscriber of the Hampshire Holidays mailing list at the time of the draw.
If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of being notified, a redraw will occur.

Notification:

Winners will be contacted directly via phone or email on the 2 April 2026. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide their contact details and claim their prize as instructed.
If a prize remains unclaimed, the second draw will be conducted 14 days after the initial notification. Failure to claim the prize will result in forfeiture.

General conditions:

Entry to the competition is free. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the competition, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet.
The prize winner(s) will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.
Personal information provided by an entrant to Hampshire Holidays for the purpose of entering the competition or information provided in the survey will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Hampshire Holidays Privacy Policy.
