Valla Beach Holiday Park sits on the Mid North Coast, halfway between Sydney and Brisbane, just 30 minutes south of Coffs Harbour and 10 minutes north of Nambucca Heads.     We had a lovely stay! We originally booked for three nights but ended up staying seven. We have a very large motorhome, and the staff were incredibly helpful in finding the perfect site to fit us. It’s only a short walk to the beach, which is dog-friendly and off-leash on the south side of the bridge. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is great, there’s even a little cooking van on site serving snacks, burgers, fish and chips, very yummy and super convenient. It’s also just a short drive to Nambucca Heads. Thanks for a wonderful stay, team. We highly recommend Valla Beach Holiday Park!

Yes, the pool, playground, jumping pillow, beach access and creek make it a favourite for family holidays.

What wildlife might we see?

Kangaroos, goannas, sea eagles, dolphins offshore and, in winter, migrating humpback whales.

Is Valla Beach patrolled?

Valla Beach is not patrolled. For patrolled beaches, head to Nambucca Heads, or Shelly Beach during patrol season.

Where is the closest Woolworths or Coles?

Woolworths Nambucca Heads – 12 minutes; Coles Nambucca Heads – 13 minutes.

Can you swim or fish in Deep Creek?

Yes, it’s you can swim in Deep Creek, especially further down towards the beach end. It's also excellent for SUP-ing, Kayaking and fishing, especially at high tide.

How do we get to the beach?

Simply cross the footbridge over Deep Creek, it connects the park directly to South Valla Beach.

Is there free WiFi at the park?

Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the park.

What activities and local attractions are nearby?

There’s plenty to explore around Valla Beach Holiday Park, from paddling and swimming in Deep Creek to beach walks and surf sessions at South Valla Beach. Head south to Nambucca Heads for riverfront lookouts and boardwalks, or take a day trip to The Big Banana Fun Park and the Coffs Harbour Butterfly House. Nature lovers can wander the Urunga Boardwalk, explore the rainforest at Dorrigo National Park, or join a seasonal Whale Watch Experience in Coffs Harbour. With iconic coastlines, wildlife encounters and rainforest adventures close by, it’s a great base for discovering the Mid North Coast.

There’s a great mix of casual eats and local favourites close to the park. Enjoy an easy bite at Possums Tuckerbox (our onsite food van), grab fresh, wholesome meals at Nourish Café & Grocer or stock up on coastal treats at the Beach House Providore. For a relaxed pub meal, head to the Valla Beach Tavern, or venture into Nambucca Heads for classic club dining at the Nambucca Heads RSL. Whether you’re after something quick, hearty or a little gourmet, you’ll find plenty of options only minutes from Valla Beach Holiday Park.

Can I hire racquets for the tennis court?

Racquets and balls are available to borrow from the shop; $15 deposit is required.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome on our sites and in designated pet-friendly cabins (subject to availability and approval). If you have any questions or would like to arrange a pet-friendly booking, please contact our friendly team.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: From 2:00 am for cabins and 11am for sites. Check-out: By 10:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged, please just ask our friendly team.
